Last weekend, I was away at a bridal shower for my cousin. Now dont hate....they are just not my thing....at all. The plus side of it though was I got to go thrifting afterwards. I was like a kid waiting to go swimming after eating. I couldnt wait to get out of there and go! For where we were...I pretty much scored some awesome threads. I am sooo excited! This weekend I am going on a mini roadtrip to go shopping for more vintage frocks to put in our shop! Actually, I have a bridal shower to go to for my cousin....figured I would kill two birds with one stone. Point is, we are having a sale in our vintage shop. What I Wouldnt Do

Its quite ovbious and just like any other fashionista....I ADORE.....LOVE Christian Louboutin! Im not sure what I wouldnt do for a pair of these shoes. Probably not turn tricks....but they are total candy for your feet! OMG the spikes on VB's sky high heels...wayyyy glam punk! I love his simple black stilettos too. There is nothing quite like a fabulous pair of black heels that go with everything and make you feel so incredibly sexy. So if someone is looking to minus their closet of a pair of these....Im willing to take! Oh...I would consider killing for the sherbet stilettos;)!

Summer Suit Loving

It seems that more and more, bathing suits arent just for lounging on the beach or catching the best bronze tan ever....they are a total fashion statement on their own. Check out these insane anchor .....well are they bikinis or one pieces? I will call them my cut outs. Anchors are always hot when it comes to any kind of beach or boat occasion. I would totally kill for the purple leopard print one piece...serioulsy kill! I also love the Michael Kors polka dot pin up-esque look. That is my sort of summer and I have never totally cared for one pieces! Bad tan lines? Yes please! They are well worth it if this is what Im donning at the beach! Are you a bikini clad beach bunny or a onesie kind of girl?

I know....a very ovbious choice but there is something about Kate Hudson that I adore. Her style......her hair.....her witty charm! She looks amazing all the time. Her red carpet choices are fun, flirty and unlike all the rest. Her street style is classic, comfy and she takes a risk from time to time. I guess blonde bombshell seems to go with everything!

Mixed n' Match Looks

I love mixing and matching things....giving a piece of clothing a totally different look than what most people would go for. You become eclectic with your style and....soon after develop a following. I love the look of the simple plaid mini dress...this can go sooo many ways....boots, flats, heels...anything! Girly dresses have always been my fav...esp vintage ones! One of a kind and eco friendly is always nice! Also, a bright printed scarf can bring a mix matched outfit together...just little secret!;) It is snowing here....like that is a shocker! These pictures brightened my day....dreaming of new vintage finds I will come across soon! Last night my beau and I went to a live show at the Lions Lair in downtown Denver. The band? It was fantastic! My brother....who was a sport in helping us with our last photo shoot rocked out with his band five shillings. You must check them out! They rock! Here, he is sporting what is to come next week in our etsy shop.....a vintage pair of Ralph Rauren slacks. We will also be featuring the suit jacket that goes with it coming up! Not enough? Fashion Slump?

I had previously blogged about how I have lately only been wearing a v neck tee and jeans. I did not quite think it was a 'slump' from what I use to wear.....dresses all the time! I found a picture of Debbie Harry in just what I have been wearing....style icon of sorts....yes! Kind of perked me up a bit! My father....who was a fashion photographer always....ALWAYS told me that women look best in just a nice fitted tee and jeans. Very understated and very sexy. I believe its all about the confidence. Pair that simple outfit with a rockin' pair of tall boots....flats or a heavy necklace...simple yet gorgeous!! Not saying that dressing up once in a while...or more so is bad thing at all! One of my closest friends told me she loved how I wore dresses all the time when going out on the town....um....is there any other way when going out at night?! Dressing for the right occasion never goes out of style! xoxo
