Busy in NC

I am wayy excited about this! In the third grade, my parents moved us from Miami Beach FL to Asheville NC. Talk about a huge change. Not only the climate...but the people were actually nice in North Carolina! Go figure, I know! Needless to say, all of my closest friends live there still. In two weeks Im going to visit them. Its been about 5 years since I have seen them last and things are pretty much the same between us. Another plus to this trip? The thrift stores are amazing! Little hole in the wall places that have yet to be conquered by the masses. I cant wait to browse the racks! From coats to mini dresses....skirts to peep blouses....vintage pumps to glorious bags. Too exciting! Of course once Im back I will be showing them off....wouldnt you?! What is your favorite place to thrift?

Absent Minded!

Hi all! Apologies for my laziness on posting. The days fly by so quickly.....and I ...well am just lazy sometimes. I totally have been not just been sitting on my arse. I have been on the search for more clothes. We found the nicest lady who let my mother and me search through all of her mothers old clothes. I was so stoked...especially when I saw how many racks there were! So good times were had by all...sneezing.....runny eyes...they are vintage arent they?! Cant wait to model...edit and post. I know my fashion lovin' chics will be pleased:)! Oh...the 'wedding dress' is coming up...I promise!

What I Wouldnt Do

Its quite ovbious and just like any other fashionista....I ADORE.....LOVE Christian Louboutin! Im not sure what I wouldnt do for a pair of these shoes. Probably not turn tricks....but they are total candy for your feet! OMG the spikes on VB's sky high heels...wayyyy glam punk! I love his simple black stilettos too. There is nothing quite like a fabulous pair of black heels that go with everything and make you feel so incredibly sexy. So if someone is looking to minus their closet of a pair of these....Im willing to take! Oh...I would consider killing for the sherbet stilettos;)!

Platform Heels

A long time ago I always thought that platform heels were only for dancers. Well I guess you can call me a dancer now as I'm totally in LOVE with them! I stand shorter at 5'5 and these babies give me the boost and length on my legs that I so desperately need! Sure....some may be too clunky for my taste but the awesome printed platforms would look killer with a skinny pair of blue jeans and a simple white vintage tank. The simple style platforms compliment many a spring/summer dress which normally you would think just to wear flip flops with those garmets. I found an awesome pair while on my usual hunt for vintage frocks. To my dismay they were way too big for me!:( I know someone out there will love them! Can you walk in these heels or do you leave it to the professionals?
